Meet the Team
Chris Stillahn
Since graduating from Colorado State in 2007, Chris has been supporting John Deere technology, while gaining experience in agronomy and many other technology products. In 2019, Chris joined Agri-Risk Solutions, which gave him the ability to better serve and support ag technology, which in his efforts, Chris saw the need for Precision Planting support in the region. So with Dan's help, they formed ERO Solutions! Chris will continue to have a big role in crop insurance and is excited to provide even better support and solutions for the producers looking to capture all the margin they can with ag technology.
Chris never misses an opportunity to spend time with his family (wife - Sarah and kids Graceon and Cambrie). He loves flying and riding Rzr's with his family as well as golf and softball!
Dan Hospodka
Having over a decade of experience in retail sales and as a territory manager in the panhandle of Nebraska, Dan took the leap in to business ownership with ERO Agri-Services which was formed in 2019. With a strong passion for agriculture in the area, which also includes bow hunting, Dan realized the needs to find solutions that will work for producers and that would be a great supplement to ERO Ag. Partnering with Chris, ERO Solutions was formed in 2021. "I am excited to offer great technology to formulate better solutions for our farmers."
Dan loves being a girl dad (Brylee, Blaire and Brooke), and he enjoys spending every second he can with them and his lovely wife Olivia. Olivia manages the daily office operations for both businesses.
Sean Rogers
Sean grew up in the Panhandle of Nebraska in Harrisburg. He graduated from UNL in 2012 majoring in Mechanized Systems Management and minoring in Agronomy. Sean has his CCA with a precision ag certification and has 9 years of experience in the precision ag field.
Sean's hobbies include hunting and the outdoors, and spending time with friends and family. He also has a passion for and enjoys learning about all things technology.
